Based on the theme pack for Professor Sato's Vanishing Reality 3 Kanase Hokuto's Humiliation

I've customized the main menu, loading screen, cursor, and one background track.

Since someone mentioned last time that my Black Rock Shooter UI was too flashy, I'm releasing this version without UI changes this time. If enough people want the UI version later, I'll add it.
