All the fried chicken and fries are crafted using only chicken meat and potatoes. You'll need to raise chickens or farm potatoes specifically to cook these, but the fast food does come with some perks:
(1) Lower work input required for batch crafting, though higher Cooking skill is needed.
(2) Better trade value compared to regular meals.
(3) Provides a unique food buff that doesn't override or conflict with main-course meal buffs.
