Rimworld Medieval Mod Collection

Modpack from YouTube Rimworld Medieval run.

Update 6/29/2025 PLEASE NOTE: THIS COLLECTION IS FOR RIMWORLD version 1.5 - I did the playthrough back before 1.6 was updated, so I've tried to include the 1.5 versions of the mods, but some of them might be incompatible. I tried fixing it for medieval overhaul, but I'm not honestly sure if every single mod is now fully compatible for Rimworld 1.5, which is honestly not even the most updated version of the game anymore, and hence most people seeing this will probably be looking back at this as a fairly old modpack by the time they see it. Simply doing a one-click subscribe to all may cause your game to crash due to incompatibility. Beyond that, many of the mod options needed to be changed with textures and trees to get the game to look the way it did on the YouTube series. I don't intend to keep updating this list, so I'd generally advise to find the most updated versions of these mods and just use this list as inspiration for what might spice up your own game.

Also, this doesn't contain Biotech (mainly used just for child-rearing) and Royalty DLCs, which I also used in the playthrough, as well as altered genotype spawn tables (to avoid too many non-medieval factions like pigmen, yttakin, etc.). But those were also used in the video.
