Advanced Mortar Shells and Suicide Vest

Add the higher-explosive shell, napalm shell, and antigrain pack.

Higher-Explosive Shell: 100 damage, 33% armor pen, and explosion radius of 6 as oppossed to the vanilla high-explosive shell's 50, 10%, and 3. Costs a little more chemfuel and 5 uranium.

Napalm Shell: Same damage as incendiary shell but an explosion radius of 6 and a chempuddle spawn rate of 75% as opposed to vanilla incendiary shell's 3 and 25%. Costs more chemfuel.

Antigrain Warhead Pack: A utility backpack/suicide vest made from an antigrain warhead that can detonate on command. Requires IED research. I made this mod for an easier way for my loyal knights to suicide with the holy cylinder against the demon clusters than dropping and attacking it, then I ruined it by requiring IEDs. It's actually canon that antigrain warheads have a large red detonate button with a pictographic label, it's in Tynan's book, prove me wrong. Changed the prerequisite to complex clothing.
