Aiming Time Factor Tweak

照準時間をスキル,意識,視界,指の機能によって変化するようにするMODです.

同じDefNameで上書きするのではなく、xpatchで記述しているのでBiotechや他のMODとの互換性が高いはずです.

レベル 0 では 1.3 倍の時間がかかり、そこからレベルごとに照準時間が 0.04 減算され、レベル 20 では照準時間が半分になります。

This is a MOD that changes aiming time depending on skill, Consciousness, Sight, and Manipulation.

At level 0, it takes 1.3 times longer, and from there, the aiming time is subtracted by 0.04 for each level, and at level 20, the aiming time is halved.

Rather than overwriting with the same DefName, it is written using xpatch, so it should be highly compatible with Biotech and other MODs.
