Adds traits that offset the Stat (ranged damage factor) provided by Ranged Damage Factor.
Adds traits that offset the Stat (ranged damage factor) provided by Ranged Damage Factor. Four tiers (++/+/-/--) are provided.

- Ranged Damage Factor: provides the Akata_RangedDamageFactor Stat and its application mechanism.

Traits
Mutually exclusive: a single Pawn can hold at most one of these traits at a time.
* Trait names are deliberately matter-of-fact (Stat name + tier marker, ++/+/-/--) to avoid colliding with the more flavorful trait names introduced by other trait mods.
