Solar flares and Eclipses happen way too much in Rimworld, to the point where they become normalized. Let's change them to be rarer and more impactful.
Now a simple patch operation, making it compatible with everything. Add it to a save, or remove it with no problems.
Eclipse
Base chance: 1.5 --> 0.6
Min # days to refire: 15 --> 60
Possible duration: 0.75 to 1.50 days --> 0.15 to 0.80 days
Solar Flare
Base chance: 1.3 --> 0.4
Min # days to refire: 15 --> 240
