Bottled Abilities
Abilities have been sealed into jars.
RimWorld may not have spell scrolls, but at least we have bottled abilities.
After consuming a bottled ability, a pawn will temporarily gain the corresponding ability.
Bottled abilities are temporary. They can only be cast a limited number of times and are not permanently owned. That said, just imagine “Bottled Psychic Slaughter” or “Bottled Death Refusal”...
Also, no need to worry about bottled abilities piling up all over your storage room, the mod comes with a great shelf for them.
FAQ
Q: How do I get bottled abilities?
A: Bottled abilities may appear in trader goods or as quest rewards. You can also craft an empty ability jar at the Fabrication Bench, then have a pawn who already has an ability infuse it.
Q: Can bottled abilities be cast for free?
A: Yes, or no. You can decide in the mod settings.
Q: Which abilities can be bottled?
A: All of them. The mod will automatically detect available abilities (including those added by other mods), and you can configure them in the mod settings.
Q: I’ve got my own balance philosophy. What can I do?
A: Same as always: the mod settings.
