Added Fast Eater and Slow Eater Traits (20% faster/slower)
Added Cold and Heat Tolerance Traits (+5 degrees comfort)
Added Boots and Gloves (armour and temperature values scaled to match existing sets. i.e. thick gloves match values of duster and cowboy hat; plated boots match plate armour, etc)
Added Clogs (require only wood to craft)
