REMIX: Outer Rim Weapons-Faction Patches

A patch mod that adds weapons from the various Outer Rim Mods to Vanilla pawnkinds. Now only requires Outer Rim - Core, but as more Outer Rim modules are added, more weapon tags are patched onto various pawn types. Mandalore for instance adds its weapon tags to Pirates & Mercenaries, Chiss adds charic weapon tags to Tribals, etc.
