Bulk Components James76543 Patch

Adds recipes to the drug lab and the fabrication bench so you can craft 10 or 25 components and advanced components, as well as bulk medicine and ultratech (glitterworld) medicine too.

Making 10 components is 10% more efficient with work and 4% more efficient with materials.
Making 25 components is 20% more efficient with work and 8% more efficient with materials.

In testing you should be able to make a 10 bulk recipe in the time of 8 individual ones, and a 25 bulk recipe in the time of 20 individual ones. The material efficiency is slight but reasonable/balanced I think.
