This mod was made to test some balancing changes to AP-I and AP-HE ammo and made public to get some more eyes on it.
The main goal is to no longer have those ammo types be strict upgrades over AP and FMJ respectively without taking away their use-cases.
Not all ammo is covered by the changes
The mod was made for testing purposes only and so only covers the common calibers used by the official submods and a few similarly-statted ones that would fit in the common patches, so certain mods might not be affected.
