Charge Guns Range Buff
Buffs the range of the Charge Lance (30->45) and Charge Rifle (26->31) to bring them in line with the range of the Sniper Rifle and Assault Rifle.

This could make combat against Mechanoid Lancers trickier as they carry a Charge Lance.
Should be compatible with other mods that modify these guns.
