Child Role Enabler

Now your children can take on roles too! And do all the rituals!
Combine it with this mod: ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2916914206 ) and your colony can finally masquerade as Little Lamplight*! (Also some rituals may be locked behind people being able to warden or stuff. Children cant do it untill they are old enough. So get that mod)
(Should work with any mod that uses the single or multi role blanket designations)

Compatibilities: Should work for any mod that adds roles/rituals/abilities the vanilla way.
