Deck 2

Adds a simple wooden deck to build awesome decks.

Built using the existing vanilla bridge. This serves as an indirect continuation of Wooden Deck , however it is built from the ground up and no longer requires VEF or VFE - Architect.

To remove the deck, use the "Remove Bridge" option.
