I made this mod because another similar one didn't work for me.
It got annoying in RimWorld whenever I build a new shelf pawns start filling it up with unwanted things before you can set the filters for what it's supposed to be for. And in vanilla RimWorld shelves have a higher priority than floor stockpiles so they waste time moving things your want on the floor to the shelves. This mod tries to make all storage except for bookcases have "Normal" priority and have all items on the filter disabled by default.
My belief is that benches/bills/storage should start with an empty filter with all options disabled and you should choose what you want to enable, instead of the opposite where you start with every dumb thing enabled and have to individually disable many things you don't want.
