Replaces Dwarf names and settlement names with Dwarf Fortress names. Faction name has not been affected as it's a fixed name, may be a todo later.
This probably works with the 1.0 version as well, but has not been tested on it.
These names are via the default DF naming convention, which uses 'artifice' and 'earth' themed words in Dwarven only. For translations, see raw.
