Recommendations and Performance
- Receive tile-aware size recommendations based on biome and terrain.
- Review a performance budget based on map area, active mods, RAM, processor count, and open maps.
- Tiny and extreme sizes include additional warnings, spawn-footprint protection, and safe asteroid-ruin handling.
Playable / Buildable Area
- Adjust buildable, zoning, and settlement edge distances.
- Use border values above 64 when the current map supports them.
- Scale borders automatically or remove map limits completely.
- Enable persistent boundary overlays with separate color presets.
- Boundary visuals update immediately after setting changes.
Current Map Reroll
- Recreate the loaded ground map at a selected size without leaving the save.

- Recover requested factions, restore world-scale settlement density, and repair incomplete relations.
- Reattach the active player map to the replacement world.
- Retain detached player pawns and migrate caravans when possible.
- Reject incomplete replacement worlds and retain the previous world when validation or finalization fails.
Reroll Safety and Recovery
- Review warnings and blockers through a dedicated World Reroll preflight report.
- Save three World Reroll profiles containing planet parameters and faction selections.
- Create timestamped backups before Current Map Reroll and World Reroll.
- Restore DMS backups through the in-mod Backup Recovery tool.

- Report requested size, actual size, profile, duration, patch owners, active mods, and exceptions.
- Detect risky mod combinations and external Harmony patches affecting map generation.
- Use Safe Generation Mode for targeted compatibility safeguards.
