FrostyDragonRace (BIOTECH)

A port of the cute FrostyDragonRace from Humanoid Alien Races (HAR) to a pure
Biotech xenotype. No HAR needed - the whole Frosty look (fur body, wings, tail and
head) is carried by genes, so you can apply a Frosty xenotype to any human in the
xenotype editor / character creation and breed them normally. Requires Biotech.

FIVE COLORS: white (base), black, olivine, blue and brown - each with its own fur,
wings, tail, head and the color abilities from the original (acid spray, foam,
firespew, psychic, etc.).

RACIAL TRAITS: the original race bonuses (cold resistance, heat/armor, dodge, no
food poisoning, calm mind and an extremely long lifespan) are bundled into one
"Frosty traits" gene that every Frosty has by default - just like the original.
Because it is a separate gene you can also build a cosmetic-only Frosty (fur with
no buffs) in the Character Editor.

MOD SETTINGS:
- Enable Frosty buffs (default ON): toggle the racial-traits bonuses on/off at any
time. When off the gene stays but grants nothing - pure looks.
- Frosty appear in other factions (default ON): ~5% of pawns in mixed human factions
roll a Frosty (split across the colors), plus the odd refugee/slave/wanderer.
Factions locked to a single xenotype are never touched.

Every Frosty also has natural claws and, thanks to their fur, is never bothered by
being naked (just like the original race).

NOTES: forced male body so the fur always fits; bald by default (styling station /
Character Editor can still add hair). Wings and tail are cosmetic, so they can't be
torn off in combat. Localized in EN / RU / ZH-Hans / ZH-Hant / JA / DE / ES.
