Give Pikeman Back Their Needlegun (for Combat Extended)

In Combat Extended, the Pikeman mechanoid uses a mortar-style "Thermal Bolt Projector" weapon, giving them a way to shoot pass walls to cause trouble behind your defenses. If you have Biotech, they gave the Pikeman back their original needlegun and instead gave the thermal bolt projector to the newer Legionary mechanoid.

This mod restores the Pikeman's needlegun without having Biotech. Can be added mid-save, but only newly spawned Pikemens will carry the needlegun. Can be removed mid-save.
