Adds a dedicated High Priority Cleaning work type that outranks regular Cleaning.
High Priority Cleaning area can be expanded/cleared via the Zone tab.
Pawns assigned to this job will focus on filth inside the zone first. Regular cleaners keep working everywhere else, including inside the high-priority zone, so nothing gets neglected.
Before removing this mod delete all High Priority Cleaning areas from the Schedule → Manage Areas UI (just shrinking them completely is not enough!), then save.
