Layers: Capes and Armor (Patched)

You can equip capes, hoods, collars, crowns, cowboy hats above armor and other appropriate apparel.
Patched to resolve startup errors when certain mods or items are disabled/missing.
This is a replacement, you do not need the original mod.

I patched this mod specifically for the Regression Collection but it will work for anyone.
