The mechanoid shield (Mech low-shield and Mech high-shield) will not shut down after the mechanoids are destroyed, and once captured, it will operate continuously without requiring a recharge. It also prevents EMP from stunning the shield.
Another mod called Minified Dlc Shield is suggested!
