Moosesian Race - Xenotypes

Unofficial companion mod for Moosesian Race by Waffel F.

Unofficial companion mod for Moosesian Race by Waffel F. The race, its art and the original xenotype concepts are entirely their work - this only finishes and wires up content that was already sitting in their files.

THE PROBLEM
The base mod's Biotech content - the Woodlander and Flatlander xenotypes, the Moosesian bloodline gene and its icon - lives in a folder RimWorld never reads, so none of it has ever existed in game. Those defs also reference an antler gene that was left commented out, and texture paths that no longer ship.

WHAT THIS MOD DOES
- Supplies the missing defs directly, with the dead antler reference dropped and the icon paths repointed at art that actually exists.
- Balances both xenotypes so they feel distinct without being TOO different. Moosesian's already have substantial stat differences on their racial attributes, so the xenotypes try not to double dip on positives or negatives. I did my best to balance them without over-balancing.
- Reworks the Moosesian bloodline gene, whose only effect was a melee bonus copied verbatim from the race's own stat, into faster injury healing.
- (PROBABLY) Assigns the xenotypes to generated pawns, which the base mod never did. Woodlanders are the tribal and colonist population; the Moose Church is Flatlander.
- Replaces the starting-pawn page on the "Emigrating Mooses" scenario so you begin with two Woodlanders and one Flatlander. Note that this removes the free xenotype pick on that scenario, but you can still change it with Character Editor/Prepare Carefully.

Pawn assignment is applied as a runtime patch.

NOTES
If the base mod is ever updated to load its own Biotech folder, these defs will collide with Waffel F.'s versions - unsubscribe from this mod at that point. Removing it from an ongoing save will leave errors on any pawn already carrying one of the xenotypes.

Requires Moosesian Race and the Biotech DLC.

Claude Code was used to fetch files and data during the creation of this companion mod. I have verified that everything works without red or yellow errors in both a sub 20 modded environment and a 200+ modded environment. No issues on my end, but if any are encountered, leave the error that was given so I can look into it.
