Gave hairs a category and gave them appropriate HairShort/HairLong styleTags for biotech.

I quite liked Xeva's Rimhair and using his mod as a base, I've made my own.
UPDATE: Updated to 1.4.
It includes:
18 female hairstyles
18 male hairstyles
