Adds in a xenotype based on Warhammer Nightsiders.
This xenotype is kept pretty simple, and i believe it fits into Rimworld pretty well.
I made sure not to overdesign them, or give them overpowered abilities, they are relatively regular (or even weak) pawns.
non-cosmetic genes:
-near sighted
-dark vision
-mild UV sensitivity
I am not a Warhammer fan, so please forgive me if i get anything wrong, I just like they are cute
