Removes the mood penalty for wearing dead man's apparel.
Removes the mood penalty for wearing dead man's apparel. Also forces all outfit restrictions to allow dead man apparel, so colonists will pick it up like normal clothes.
Even if you reset the impact on your mood to zero, the information about wearing dead people's clothes will still be displayed.
