Fixed several core issues with the Power++: 1.
Fixed several core issues with the Power++:
1. Allows a single WPN transmitter to be rented to multiple factions simultaneously, preventing wasted power.
2. Fixed an issue where incorrect technology level mapping caused faction demand to be too low.
3. Fixed an integer division bug in the silver calculation formula; affinity discounts and wattage multipliers will now apply correctly.
This mod needs to be loaded after Power++.
