Winston Waves Reward Scaler

Scales Winston Waves mod reward quantities at runtime via Harmony patching.

Supports four scaling modes that can be combined freely:

1. Fixed Multiplier — applies a fixed multiplier to all rewards
2. Wave Scaling — reward multiplier grows linearly with completed waves
3. Wealth Scaling — reward multiplier grows with colony wealth
4. Threat Scaling — reward multiplier grows with the next wave's enemy threat points

Item and pawn/animal multipliers can be configured separately.

Final Multiplier = Base Multiplier x Wave Factor x Wealth Factor x Threat Factor
