How it works
Four enhancements to psycaster psyfocus — two passive systems that apply to all psycasters, and two rare traits that spawn on colonists. All rates are configurable. Both passive systems optionally scale with VPE psycaster level, so a high-level psycaster benefits more than a fresh one.

Passive recovery
Sleep restore — psycasters passively recover psyfocus while sleeping or idle. 10% per hour by default. Keeps psycasters topped up between engagements without any extra effort.
Meditation boost — psycasters gain additional psyfocus on top of whatever vanilla meditation provides. 15% per hour by default. Meditation is worth doing again.

Traits
Psychic Reservoir — rare. This psycaster has an extraordinarily deep well of psychic energy. Neural heat capacity doubled, neural heat recovery increased by 50%, and all psyfocus costs reduced by 50%. They can do more, faster, and recover from it sooner.
Psychic Conduit — uncommon. This colonist doesn't need to be a psycaster to help your psycasters. Their presence passively restores the psyfocus of every psycaster within range. Stacks — multiple conduits in the same area multiply the effect.

VPE level scaling
When Vanilla Psycasts Expanded is loaded, both passive systems scale with psycaster level. A level 0–9 psycaster recovers at the base rate. Level 10–19 recovers at 1.5×. Level 20–29 at 2.0×. And so on. Can be disabled in settings.

Settings
Each system can be toggled independently. Sleep restore rate, meditation boost rate, psyfocus cost reduction percent, conduit trickle rate and radius are all adjustable. Nothing is hardcoded.
