Adds 2 new moisture pumps.
Huge - twice the radious as a normal pump, 100 plasteel and 5 components to build. Expands 1.5 times as fast as a normal pump. Uses 300 power.
Quick - 75 plasteel and 5 components to build. Expands 2 times as fast as a normal pump. Uses 450 power.

Joseph's original mod was made properly, but many mods override "BaseBuilding"--which is bad practice. So I simply set the mod to use Joseph's own class, rather than one which dirty mods might replace.
