Rancher's Armory

While the ranchers of the rim have new, futuristic tools like space shuttles, mechs, and solar power, these advancements don't scream "Old West".

Needing to live by the aesthetic, wealthy ranchers have developed a series of weapons that aim to capture the aesthetic of lone cowboys - rustlin' cattle and murdering complete strangers in a saloon over the smallest of slights - while still being useful in a world where space travel is a thing and both raiders and murderbots occasionally rain from the sky

Thus, the M-Series of Old-West Weaponry was developed by ranch hands, and monetized by their wealthy bosses to do so.

This weapon pack includes 11 weapons covering the most basic needs of ranchers on the rim.

Weapons Included:

M10 Trapper: A lever-action rifle chambered in 45-70.

M15 Dragoon: A revolver in the same caliber; meant to accompany the Trapper.

M20 Wildcat: A modified M10 Trapper that is fully automatic, uses magazines, and is rechambered in 6.5 Creedmoor.

M25 Birdwatcher: A 12-gauge shotgun built for the most basic of shotgun-related tasks, including hunting game and preventing saloon-duels.

M30 Cattleman: A .38spc/357Mag revolver for more everyday use. Child-safe!

M35 Stinger: A belt-fed machinegune chambered in 45-70. Built for ranch defense against empire officials and angry neighbors.

M40 Coach: 10-gauge double-barreled shotgun.

M40 Coach Shorty: An M40 Coach with no stock and far less barrel.

M50 Reverence: A .50 BMG lever-action rifle. Good for people and mechanoids!

M70 Uppercut: 5-shot .50 BMG revolver meant to accompany the Reverence.


These weapons are designed for combat extended, as I mostly play with that mod. In the future, I may make a compatibility patch for vanilla if there is enough demand for it.

I also plan on slightly expanding this mod by adding an under-barrel grenade launcher variant of the M20 Wildcat, along with ideo-style retextures of the weapons (primarily the rustic and totemic styles).
