Configurable base skill levels for all pawns. Includes compatibility for Endless Growth, Vanilla Skills Expanded, and Alpha Skills.
Increased configurability.
Pawns can spawn as one of three rarity tiers.
Pawns can spawn with VSE expertise already learned.
Pawns can have 0-20 levels into an expertise on spawn (if enabled).
