Sell Your Base

Allows you to sell a colony to a non-hostile faction via the comms console, it can be raided later and will remain identical to when you left.

Requirements:
- Target faction must not be hostile
- Colony wealth must be at least 20 000 silver
- The base you want to sell has to be empty of all colonists
- You need another colony so the payment can be sent

On sale:
- The base transfers to the buying faction
- You receive silver equal to 50% of colony wealth, sent to a base of your choice (the percentage can be changed in the settings, you can also select a set value)
- The sold base remains identical to where you left, it can be raided later, the amount of defenders will scale with the colony value.
