A Semi-Automatic rifle, why not?

This mod does not add any other gameplay features and is intended for people who don't like downloading massive weapon packs. Feel free to alter the mod however you please as I don't intend on doing updates.
PLEASE NOTE: This version of the mod requires both Combat Extended AND Combat Extended Guns. The links to both of which are here.
