Simple shell and ammos for Combat extened

some weired ammo i've been crafted and used during my gameplay. definitely overpower in vanilla CE envirorment,be cautions.

now contains
12mm railgun buckshots
28cm spgr EMP shell
57mm bofors ion shell

Note if your enemy are equipping proper weapon using the ammo size i mentioned here,they may use the ammo from this mod as well. the ion shell is devastating to colony buildings
