Temperature Controller

Add a wall‑mounted temperature controller. It disables temperature calculation for its room and maintains an adjustable target temperature ranging from ‑273 °C to 1000 °C, power‑free. Only one temperature controller is allowed per room; multiple controllers will cause temperature‑control failure.

添加一个壁挂式温度控制器，可以取消其所在房间的温度计算，并恒定一个可调节的目标温度值，范围-273°C至1000°C，无需电力。同一个房间内只能有一个温度控制器，多个控制器会导致控温失效。
