- Extremely powerful cutting attack.
- Applies Tensatsu Scar to enemies.
- Wounds on scarred body parts cannot heal.
- Every successful hit costs the wielder one random skill level.

Acquisition:
This weapon cannot be crafted, bought, sold, obtained from traders, equipped by raiders, or gained as a random reward.
It is intended to be obtained only through developer mode.

Warning:
This weapon is intentionally overpowered and cursed.
It is not balanced for normal gameplay.
