Traitless Psychically Dull Gene

This mod makes the Psychically Dull gene reduce the Psychic Sensitivity of the carrier by 50% directly, instead of doing it by forcing the Psychically Dull trait. Therefore, you can now stack the Psychically Dull gene with the Psychically Dull trait, or with the Psychically Hypersensitive trait, and so on.

It never made sense to me that a pawn with a character trait they developed, like Psychically Sensitive, could just have it directly disabled by a gene they might have been born with, instead of just having it applied on top when possible.
