Adds the Tyrannical Vanguard Faction which prefers Quality over Quantity in its Soldiers.
Adds some very Strong Melee Weapons and an Armorset to go with them.
All the Equipment will decrease Melee Hitchance to simulate Strength needed to wield it.
It is all craftable on the Fabrication Bench with a high amount of Advanced Components, Plasteel and Skulls.
Adds the Tyrant Xenotype with a special Archite Gene that increases Combat power but makes the pawn hard to use for anything else.
