Vanilla Backgrounds Expanded DDS Fix (Prepatcher)

Fixes Vanilla Backgrounds Expanded not loading DDS background images and display a white background with a red question mark during the loading screen.

Uses Prepatcher's FreePatchAll mechanism to patch VBE's SettingsManager.LoadImage at the IL level BEFORE the game loads. This ensures DDS support is active during the Prepatcher/PurePatcher loading phase, when VBE renders the loading screen background.

When all PNG textures are converted to DDS, VBE's LoadImage uses ImageConversion.LoadImage which cannot handle DDS files, resulting in a red question mark background. This patch intercepts DDS paths and uses RimWorld's native ModDdsLoader instead.

Requires Prepatcher to be installed and enabled.
