Came across a mod that alters psycast power depending on psychic sensitivity, but saw it wasn't compatible with VPE.
Came across a mod that alters psycast power depending on psychic sensitivity, but saw it wasn't compatible with VPE. So I made it compatible with some simple XML patches! (Many thanks to Mute on Steam for posting this in the comments of the OG mod! :3)
TL;DR: Implements scaling psycast power, cooldown, cast time, etc for Vanilla Psycasts Expanded. May be ludicrously OP. This is DEFINITELY a WIP as I haven't even done this for every power yet because I made this at 1 AM in the morning.
