Turns ALL ocean water, deep water, and river water into clouds.
Turns ALL ocean water, deep water, and river water into clouds. Bridges can be built on top, but they are still impassable. This is mostly for roleplaying.
Note that Dubs' Bad Bygiene would still consider them water.
Recommended with mods that add forced perspective with things like Decorative Cliffs, Castle Walls, Bridgello, and so on.
