Xiyue's Milira Expanded

This mod adds a suite of new features for the Milira race, with a core focus on combat maneuvers, shields, weapons, and quality-of-life improvements. Features (including but not limited to)

Psionic Tuner:

A device that stores psionic energy; enables psionic recharge, clears mental entropy, and recharges weapons and shields.

Luxplume Array:

Grants different combat skills depending on the weapon equipped—17 unique special abilities in total.

Smart Shield:

Features enhanced protection, an overload mode, and psionic resonance with its wearer.

Futuristic Weapons:

Weapons with multiple firing modes and special mechanics.

Solringen:

A core building that projects area-wide bonuses (more functions in development).

Sigils:

Enhancements that improve both combat and quality of life.

All stats of combat skills can be adjusted in the settings

Combat Extended (CE) Compatibility:

Weapons and skill damage are compatible with CE. Futuristic weapons feature special ammo and firing-mode interactions under CE. Briefly tested in-game; full compatibility is not guaranteed.

Prerequisites:

Royalty and Biotech expansions.
