YMP - No reduced Fertility from Lactating
A patch to remove the fertility loss from Lactating, and adds a new hediff instead.

I understand that a reduced fertility after giving birth is required to avoid pawns to reproduce like rabbits. But I didn't like it comes from Lactating, because it means breastfeeding baby reduce fertility even longer. Breastfeed cannot be toggle off from baby food policy, so the work around was to forbid the mom to take care of the baby to loose the Lactating the sooner (after 10 days). So I just moved the fertility loss to a new hediff instead, who finish after 10 days.
