[AKT] Support Buff Roles

Adds offsets to the Stats provided by Support Buff to several Ideology roles. The presence of a leader or commander now has a much greater impact on your colony's combat strength.

Ships with a default preset tailored to each role's theme.

• Leader / Moral guide: high support affinity.
• Shooting specialist: high ranged buff scale.
• Melee specialist: high melee buff scale.
• Animals specialist: high bond buff scale.

All offsets can be changed in the mod settings.

For example, by raising the support level thresholds and the support affinity weight in Support Buff's mod settings, and raising the support affinity granted by roles in this mod's settings, you can create a setup where roles dominate support relationships.

This mod works fine on its own even without any companion mod.

• Critical Hit: when enabled, critical hit chance / critical hit dodge offsets are added.
• Ranged Damage Factor: when enabled, ranged damage factor offsets are added.
