This mod adds "Good Cat" and "Menace Cat" effects to cats (as well as the Yttakin race) in the game. When a cat spawns, it has a 50% chance to be a Good Cat and a 50% chance to be a Menace Cat.

Good Cat

The behavior logic of the Good Cat is very similar to that of the vanilla cat (after all, vanilla cats don't hiss). When injured, it will try to chew gum. Chewing gum can negate multiple fatal attacks. Apart from that, it has no other special traits.

Menace Cat

The Menace Cat will actively seek out other cats and larger creatures to pick a fight with, making "Laowu Laowu" sounds. After the standoff, it will attempt to hiss. Hissing can briefly stun-lock the enemy, but then it will enrage the target, provoking a counterattack. Creatures hit by the hiss will become infected and turn into cat-like Menace Cats — it's basically a zombie infection mode, but with cats. Additionally, when injured, it will also chew gum to heal its wounds.

Other

Injured cats that are downed will roll around on the ground, spinning and breakdancing. Good Cats will try to share gum with humans and other creatures. Eating the gum grants a temporary version of the gum-chewing effect.
