Allows custom distributions of melanin along a curve.

Melanin (the determining factor of skin tone) is a decimal number between 0 and 1. This mod takes the normal randomly-generated melanin value and uses that to calculate a melanin value based on a curve defined off of points in the mod settings.

Gives armor a multiplier that scales linearly based on the durability of the armor (By default, 150% at max durability, 100% at 67%, 0% at 0%.
