A complete UI reskin for Simple Warrants, rebuilt in the Modern suite style — flat dark panels, clean iconography, and a true pop-out window. The whole bounty board now matches Modern Needs Tab, Modern Quest Menu, and the rest of the family.

✦ What It Changes

• Flat dark window — the entire Warrants board is redrawn over the Modern suite palette with the vanilla beige chrome removed.
• True pop-out — opens centered on screen, fully draggable and resizable, with a close ✕ in the top-right corner.
• Icon tabs — Public, Related, and Create are clean icon tabs with an azure active underline.
• Restyled warrant cards — portrait, target, reason and reward rows on flat cards with selection highlighting and a silver-coin readout.
• Icon actions — accept and decline are crisp icon buttons in suite green and red.
• Rebuilt Create Warrant screen — type-icon selector (human / animal / artifact), a target paperdoll with arrow navigation, and larger, legible reward fields.
• Flat scrollbars — the slim auto-hiding scrollbar used across the whole Modern suite.

✦ Retextured Icons

The five bounty icons — capture, death, retrieve, warning, and the main tab button — are redrawn as flat dark-pill badges in suite colors, so they read clearly against the dark UI.

• Requires Simple Warrants and Harmony.
• Purely visual — no changes to warrant mechanics, balance, or save data.
• Safe to add or remove mid-save.
• Loads after Simple Warrants automatically.
