Q: 1.5?
A: Chaos chickens are a separate race from normal chickens, and reproduce using 1.6's crossbreeding mechanic. Unless Ludeon backports crossbreeding to 1.5, this won't be available for any version before 1.6.
Q: Why can't they fly?
A: Because I'm lazy, and also Ludeon hasn't updated the art source to include the flying chicken sprites.
